Agritourism Event Coordinator

Plan and execute farm-based events and experiences at our scenic 150-acre agritourism destination in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. We host farm stays, u-pick events, weddings, and educational tours. Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate u-pick days, farm dinners, and seasonal festivals • Manage farm stay guest experience and cabin bookings • Coordinate with wedding clients and event vendors • Create marketing content and manage social media presence • Train and schedule seasonal event staff • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements: • 2+ years event planning or hospitality experience • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Proficiency with booking software and social media platforms • Customer service orientation • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays • Passion for rural life and agricultural education
