4. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of record:

• Posting Drafts: Draft access expires after 30 days. An opted-in recovery reminder may be sent once while the draft remains available.
• Job Postings: Listings are normally active for 60 days. We may retain expired listing and management records for administration, support, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
• Purchases: We retain transaction records needed for accounting, support, refunds, and legal obligations; Stripe separately retains payment information under its policy.
• Email Preferences: We retain subscription, consent, unsubscribe, and suppression records as needed to honor your choices.
• Passwordless Access: Magic links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. Employer sessions expire after 30 days unless ended sooner.

You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact details below. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, transactions, legal obligations, or to honor suppression requests.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share your personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

A. Public Job Listings

Job posting information (company name, job details, location, salary range, and the application method selected by the employer) is publicly displayed. The private management email and payment information are not displayed. A public application email is displayed only when the employer chooses email as the application method.

B. Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:

• Stripe: Payment processing (covered by Stripe’s privacy policy)
• Resend: Email delivery services for confirmations and job alerts
• Hosting Providers: Website hosting and database management

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

D. Business Transfers

Third-party analytics components are not rendered on pages whose URLs can contain sign-in, management, Checkout, or unsubscribe credentials. First-party funnel events store campaign fields, page paths, referrer hostnames, and opaque identifiers rather than raw IP addresses.
