Assistant Farm Manager (2027 Season)

Crimson & Clover Farm is hiring an Assistant Manager for 2027 and beyond at its vegetable and CSA farm in Florence, Massachusetts. Responsibilities Work with the farm manager to organize daily production, prepare the farm truck, train crew members, keep projects moving, and coordinate efficient transitions between tasks. Applicants choose a field production or greenhouse/hoophouse focus; review current availability with the farm. Requirements and schedule At least two years of farming experience and experience leading or training others are required. The farm seeks organized, proactive workers who take responsibility. Work is full-time April through November and part-time December through March, with occasional weekend duties. Compensation Pay is $20-$22 per hour depending on qualifications, plus a $500 vacation stipend.
