Job Title: Assistant Farm Manager The Assistant Farm Manager will support education, research, and agriculture by independently managing irrigation, planting, and harvesting. The selected candidate will assist in supervising farm operations and research projects, with a focus on: • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2 years) • Valid driver's license (MVR-compliant) • Obtain Wyoming Commercial Pesticide Applicator's license within one year • Experience in agriculture, horticulture, & pesticide application • Proficient with GPS-guided equipment, yield mapping, and drones • Supervisory skills & ability to work in all weather conditions Responsibilities include: • Managing irrigation systems and crop rotations • Coordinating with researchers and extension agents • Conducting experiments and collecting data • Providing technical assistance to farmers and ranchers
