Fisk Lawnscapes is hiring for the Landscape Crew Member position in Colorado Springs, CO. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. Reliable execution and early communication matter because the work directly affects plants, animals, equipment, coworkers, customers, or the surrounding property. What you will do • Complete assigned mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, bed care, and property cleanup to the employer's finish standard. • Inspect, use, clean, and secure assigned hand tools and powered landscape equipment safely. • Protect plants, irrigation, buildings, vehicles, customers, and coworkers while work is underway. • Install and maintain residential and commercial landscapes. • Support irrigation and snow work when assigned and trained. • Work without routine weekends except snow events or rain delays. How the work fits together Recurring landscape work is organized by route and property scope. The crew reviews priorities, prepares equipment, divides production and detail tasks, and checks the entire property before loading out. Team members must report plant stress, irrigation trouble, damage, unsafe conditions, or work outside the approved scope instead of concealing or guessing about it. Schedule, conditions, and compensation Fisk publishes an $18 starting hourly wage, no routine weekend work, a possible $1,000 end-of-season incentive, six paid holidays, PTO, paid sick time, and a company-paid gym membership. The employer publishes $18 per hour.
