CSA Farm Coordinator

Growing CSA farm seeking coordinator to manage member relations and help with vegetable production for 250 member shares. Responsibilities: • Coordinate weekly CSA harvest and pack • Manage member communication and newsletter • Handle share signups and renewals • Organize on-farm events and u-pick days • Assist with field production as needed • Manage farm stand at pickup locations Requirements: • CSA or direct-market farming experience • Excellent customer service skills • Strong organizational abilities • Comfortable with email and basic tech • Valid driver's license • Available Wednesdays for pack day
