Success Metrics (Examples) • ≥95% batch pass rate and on-time harvests. • Year-over-year improvements in grams per ft² and grams per watt. • ≤2% unplanned plant loss and measurable reductions in pest/disease incidents. • Accurate 8–12 week strain availability forecasts with ≤10% variance. Schedule & Compensation • Full-time, exempt; schedule varies with crop demands (some nights/weekends required). • Compensation, benefits, and any performance incentives commensurate with experience. • Track record improving KPIs (yield per light/ft², trim recovery, pass rates, potency/terpenes) through SOP refinement and data.
