Farm Crew Member (Early 2027 Start)

Singing Frogs Farm is recruiting for year-round farm crew positions starting in early 2027 in Sebastopol, California. The work Prepare and transplant no-till beds, harvest and pack produce, sell at farmers markets, propagate seedlings, manage irrigation, and maintain farm structures and plantings. Qualifications Strong candidates bring at least one year on a small production farm, preferably with no-till experience. The farm seeks independent, adaptable workers with good communication, teamwork, a valid driver's license, and readiness for physical work in changing weather. Compensation The starting rate is $20 per hour for workers with at least a year of farm experience, with scheduled tenure increases and additional compensation for leadership responsibilities. Housing may become available after fall 2026; availability is not guaranteed.
