Historic farm with retail store seeks kitchen manager to produce prepared foods, baked goods, and preserves from farm-grown ingredients. Responsibilities: • Create seasonal menus using farm produce • Manage kitchen production schedule • Supervise kitchen staff (2-3 people) • Maintain food safety and quality standards • Coordinate with farm team on harvest • Develop new products and recipes Requirements: • Culinary experience in farm-to-table setting • ServSafe certification • Experience with preserving and canning • Strong organizational skills • Creative menu development ability • Early morning availability
