Farm Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Farm Laborer to join our agricultural team. This role involves hands-on work in various farming activities centered around the planting, cultivating, harvesting, and marketing organic vegetables and flowers. he ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a passion for sustainable farming practices. Experience with outdoor, physical work is highly valued to ensure the efficient operation of our farm. Responsibilities • Assist with planting, harvesting, and crop management using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment • Operate farm machinery such as tractors, tillers, irrigation systems, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively • Support greenhouse operations and horticultural activities as needed • Assist with irrigation setup and management to ensure optimal crop growth • Heavy lifting of supplies, feed, or harvested crops as required • Supervise or assist with other farm workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all farm areas Qualifications • Prior supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership skills are desirable • Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours of manual labor • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to farming activities • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards This position is ideal for individuals passionate about agriculture who are eager to learn new skills in a hands-on environment.
