This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating equipment, working outdoors, is thoughtful about the quality of their work, and is driven. Key Responsibilities: Assist with hay production and distribution duties-in the summer, this means baling hay; in the winter, this is loading and unrolling to produce additional hay. Demonstrate safe operation of equipment. Will be involved in occasional cattle duties during weaning, breeding, and general herd care. Possess mechanical skills for repair and maintenance tasks. Qualifications: We prefer someone with equipment experience. Farming/Ranching experience preferred. Outdoor work experience required.
