Farmers Market Coordinator

Coordinate market sales and customer relationships for a cooperative of five organic farms along Colorado's Front Range. You'll be the face of our farms at three weekly markets. Responsibilities: • Set up and manage market booths at three weekly farmers markets • Handle cash and card transactions using Square POS • Build relationships with chefs, restaurants, and regular customers • Coordinate harvest lists and product availability with member farms • Manage social media accounts and weekly newsletter • Track sales data and inventory across markets Requirements: • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Experience in retail, farmers markets, or food service • Proficiency with POS systems and basic spreadsheets • Social media management experience • Ability to lift and carry market supplies (50+ lbs) • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle • Enthusiasm for local food and sustainable agriculture
