Farm/farmStead Worker (Regenerative Organic Farm)

Job Summary Looking for someone to consistently work part time that possesses basic or advanced gardening skills. It would be helpful if you knew a little about Regenerative Farming, knowledge of Permaculture, or organic gardening -- but not a requirement. This person should love and have a passion for being outdoors and willingness to share their experiences so we can all grow. Beyond that-- you need to be able to stack wood, manage a wheelbarrow full of soil, mulch and organic matter. Being physically fit is critical for this role-- as all work is 100% outdoors. Requirements for opportunity: • Have a good attitude, know how to work well with others (Zero tolerance for Lone Wolf workers) • Have own reliable transportation • Have experience OR willingness to learn gardening here in N. Florida • Be family friendly around small children and able to communicate clearly & effectively • Be physically fit to manage a full wheel barrel, operate a shovel and general work... • Be in the general vicinity (reasonable driving distance) of N.W. Palatka, Florida where our little oasis is in the forest.
