This job was posted by https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov : For more information, please see: https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov/jobs/4634743 [Seasonal and Temporary Work 2/17/26-12/15/26"]{teams="true"} Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate poly pipe and center pivot irrigation\ equipment; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and\ self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to\ plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as rice, corn, cotton, soybeans; Load inputs and drive\ trucks to transport to employers fields, load employers crops and drive trucks to transport to fields\ and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags in close proximity to the farm; Clean\ work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Regulate conditions; Maintain inventory; Trap and\ destroy pests such as moles, gophers, and mice; Haul and spread topsoil, fertilizer, and other\ materials to condition soil; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery;\ Attach implements using hand tools; Weigh containers and record weights and identifying\ information. Must speak and understand English.
