Full-Time Ranch Hand

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Ranch Hand to assist in the daily operation and maintenance of a 1,300-acre working cattle ranch in Chappell Hill (Washington County), Texas. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in doing things right, and can think critically when problems arise. Responsibilities • Daily care and maintenance of cattle • General ranch upkeep across approximately 1,300 acres • Fence building, repair, and maintenance • Hay work and seasonal ranch tasks • Mowing • Miscellaneous duties as needed to support ranch operations Qualifications • Reliable transportation required • Ranch or agricultural experience preferred but not required • Willingness to learn and take constructive criticism • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions This position requires physical labor and a strong work ethic.
