Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden is hiring a full-time Gardener for its horticulture team in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities Care for garden beds and grounds through planting, mowing, weeding, pruning, mulching, and fertilizing. Operate and maintain landscape equipment, assist with irrigation monitoring, and support special projects under horticulture supervision. Schedule and requirements Work five days weekly, 6:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., with monthly weekend rotations. Applicants need one year of relevant manual labor, landscaping, or gardening experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 30 pounds and work outdoors in varied weather. Pre-employment screening includes a background check, physical examination, and drug test. Compensation and benefits Pay is $15.00-$16.75 per hour.
