Gardener

We are seeking a knowledgeable, full-time Gardener to provide maintenance and development on our farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a beautiful, sustainable environment. Responsibilities • Maintenance: Mowing, weeding, pruning, mulching, watering, and operating farm machinery (e.g., tractors, rototillers, mowers) safely. • Pest/Disease Control: Identifying and managing plant pests and diseases. • Flower Beds & Landscaping: Designing, planting, and maintaining manicured flower beds, shrubs, and trees to enhance the property's beauty. • Vegetable Growing: Planning, sowing, cultivating, and harvesting high-quality vegetables, fruits, and herbs. Soil management, composting, and rotation planning. Requirements • Experience as a Gardener. • Knowledge of plant care, seasonal requirements, and soil health. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Valid driver's license.
