Greenhouse Grower - Tomatoes

Year-round greenhouse tomato operation seeking experienced grower to manage production in our 10-acre hydroponic facility. Responsibilities: • Manage crop from seeding through harvest • Monitor and adjust climate control systems • Implement IPM protocols • Supervise harvest crew • Maintain nutrient solution management • Quality control and grading Requirements: • 3+ years greenhouse tomato experience • Knowledge of hydroponic systems • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable with technology and data • Leadership and team management skills • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
