Horse Farm Manager

Thoroughbred breeding farm in Kentucky's horse country seeks experienced farm manager to oversee our 300-acre operation. Responsibilities: • Manage 40+ broodmares and foals • Coordinate breeding schedules with stallion farms • Oversee farm staff (5-8 employees) • Pasture and hay production management • Maintain facility and equipment • Work with veterinarians on herd health Requirements: • 5+ years thoroughbred farm experience • Extensive foaling experience • Strong leadership skills • Knowledge of breeding management • Computer skills for record keeping • On-call availability during foaling season
