Horse Trainer & Barn Manager

Premier equestrian facility near Atlanta seeks experienced trainer and barn manager for our lesson and boarding operation. Responsibilities: • Train horses for English and Western disciplines • Manage daily barn operations • Supervise barn staff of 4-6 • Coordinate lesson program scheduling • Oversee horse health and farrier appointments • Maintain facilities and equipment Requirements: • 5+ years professional horse training • Experience managing barn operations • Teaching certification preferred • Strong customer service skills • Physical fitness for demanding work • CDL for horse transport a plus
