Kombucha Production Assistant

Craft kombucha brewery seeks production assistant to help with fermentation, flavoring, and bottling of our small-batch brews. Responsibilities: • Brew and monitor primary fermentation • Prepare flavoring ingredients (many locally sourced) • Bottle, label, and package finished product • Maintain sanitation and quality standards • Assist with farmers market sales • Help with SCOBY cultivation Requirements: • Interest in fermentation and food science • Attention to sanitation and detail • Physical ability to lift kegs and cases • Food safety certification or willingness to obtain • Valid driver's license for deliveries • Taste testing ability required
