The Laborer will perform a variety of tasks to support landscape and construction projects. Day-to-day activities include site preparation, loading and unloading materials, operating basic tools and equipment, performing general cleanup, and assisting with planting, paving, or other construction tasks as required. Attention to safety protocols and effective communication with team members is essential for this role. Qualifications • Ability to operate basic construction equipment and tools • Understanding of safety protocols and guidelines in a construction environment • Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting heavy materials • Basic knowledge of landscaping or construction processes • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field is an asset • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
