Specialty lavender farm seeks seasonal workers for cultivation, harvest, and value-added product creation. Responsibilities: • Weed and maintain lavender fields • Hand harvest lavender at peak bloom • Bundle and dry lavender • Create sachets, bouquets, and products • Staff farm store and u-pick days • Assist with farm events and weddings Requirements: • Love of lavender and aromatic plants • Detail-oriented for product quality • Able to work in hot summer conditions • Customer service skills • Crafting experience helpful • Weekend availability June-August
