Organic Farm CSA & Horticulture Worker

We’re seeking dependable, responsible, energetic, and hardworking individuals for multiple part-time and full-time positions. Whether you have prior farming experience or are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply! These hands-on roles involve: • Planting, maintaining, and harvesting crops. • Greenhouse and fieldwork for Certified Organic vegetable production. • Light processing, packing, and delivery of fresh produce. • Managing an Organic CSA; including developing a crop plan, communicating with customers, arranging produce pick-ups or deliveries, and record keeping. Key Responsibilities: • Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks efficiently. • Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment. • Adapt to seasonal shifts in job duties. • Willing to learn and operate multiple vehicles and other equipment (tractors, lawn mowers, vegetable processing machinery, etc.) This is a great opportunity for those who want to deepen their knowledge of Certified Organic farming practices and Produce Food Safety standards. Qualifications: • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently with others. • Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. • Availability for weekend schedules if needed. • Must pass a background check. Work Hours: • Permanent full-time and part-time roles available (20–40 hours/week). Compensation & Benefits: • Starting Pay: $15.00/hour during a 90-day probationary period. • Pay Raise: up to $3.00/hour increase after the probation period. • Paid personal leave (up to 32 hours per year). • Year-end performance bonus potential. • Access to excess farm produce. • Opportunities for advancement into lead roles.
