Responsibilities: • Plan and execute succession plantings • Manage certified organic production practices • Coordinate harvest for restaurant deliveries • Staff Atlanta-area farmers markets • Maintain irrigation and high tunnel systems • Train and supervise farm interns Requirements: • 3+ years organic vegetable production • Knowledge of intensive growing methods • Experience with restaurant sales • Excellent time management • Valid driver's license for deliveries • Customer service skills
