Pastured Poultry Manager

Growing pastured poultry operation seeks experienced manager to oversee production of 10,000 broilers and 2,000 laying hens annually. Responsibilities: • Manage brooder operations and chick care • Coordinate daily pasture moves • Oversee processing days • Maintain egg collection and grading • Direct-market sales and delivery • Train and supervise seasonal workers Requirements: • 2+ years pastured poultry experience • Knowledge of poultry health and nutrition • Experience with on-farm processing • Marketing and customer service skills • Valid driver's license • Physical ability for daily pasture moves
