Peach Orchard Manager

Premier Georgia peach operation seeking experienced orchard manager to oversee our 400-acre peach and pecan operation in the heart of peach country. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of peach production from dormancy to harvest • Coordinate pruning, thinning, and pest management programs • Oversee harvest operations and quality control • Supervise seasonal crew of 30+ workers • Maintain spray records and food safety compliance • Manage pecan harvest operations in fall Requirements: • 5+ years stone fruit orchard management • Pesticide applicator license required • Strong bilingual English/Spanish skills • Experience managing large seasonal crews • Knowledge of Georgia growing conditions • CDL preferred
