Role Description This is a summer internship, on-site role located in Brady, TX with the possibility of moving into fulltime emoyment. The Ranch Hand will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks essential to the operation and upkeep of the ranch. Key responsibilities include landscape management, operating and maintaining farm and heavy equipment, and supporting wildlife related activities. The role requires working outdoors in varied weather conditions and collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of ranch activities. The intership runs from 15 May to 15 August 2026, negotiable. Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, 40 hours per week. No benefits. Pay depends on experience. Qualifications • Proficiency in landscape and lawn care operations • Experience in operating and maintaining lawn care equipment, UTVs, farm equipment and heavy machinery • Knowledge and skills in habitat and wildlife management • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks • Possess a positive and cheerful attitude • Possess a strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy, not a complainer, non smoker/drinker • Willingness to learn and grow in the wildlife management field • Experience or education in agriculture or wildlife management
