Regenerative Farm Manager

Lead our transition to regenerative agriculture practices on a 3,000-acre diversified farm. You'll implement holistic management principles while overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement rotational grazing plans • Manage soil health monitoring and improvement programs • Coordinate with multiple enterprise managers (poultry, cattle, hogs) • Train staff on regenerative practices • Track carbon sequestration metrics • Interface with certification bodies Requirements: • 5+ years experience in regenerative or holistic management • Savory Institute training or equivalent preferred • Strong leadership and team management skills • Experience with multi-species grazing systems • Data-driven decision making approach
