Regenerative Grazing Manager

Lead our adaptive multi-paddock grazing program on a 2,000-acre cattle and sheep operation in the Texas Hill Country. We're building soil health through holistic planned grazing. Responsibilities: • Plan and execute daily livestock moves across 40+ paddocks • Monitor pasture recovery, soil health, and forage quality • Manage electric fencing infrastructure • Track animal performance and grazing data • Coordinate with veterinarian on herd health • Mentor ranch interns in regenerative practices Requirements: • 3+ years experience in rotational or adaptive grazing • Knowledge of forage species identification and management • Understanding of soil biology and regenerative principles • Experience with cattle and/or sheep handling • Ability to work independently in remote conditions • Holistic Management certification preferred
