Row Crop Farm Manager

Large-scale row crop operation seeking experienced farm manager to oversee 5,000+ acres of cotton, peanuts, and corn in Southwest Georgia. Responsibilities: • Plan and execute planting and harvest operations • Manage precision agriculture technology • Supervise full-time and seasonal employees • Coordinate with crop consultants and chemical reps • Maintain equipment fleet • Budget management and record keeping Requirements: • 5+ years row crop management experience • Knowledge of cotton, peanut, and corn production • Experience with precision ag technology • Strong leadership and communication skills • CDL required • Degree in agriculture or equivalent experience
