Melad Tree Farms is hiring for the Tree Farm & Transplanting Team Member position in Nampa, ID. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Water, move, space, label, prune, weed, and organize nursery plants according to their needs and supervisor direction. • Assist with receiving, potting, propagation, order preparation, loading, or customer support as assigned. • Identify visible plant stress, pest pressure, irrigation trouble, damaged stock, or label errors and report them promptly. • Water, prune, weed around, inspect, and organize field-grown tree inventory according to farm priorities. • Assist trained staff with digging, root-ball preparation, loading, transport, planting, staking, and aftercare for transplanted trees. • Maintain orderly fields and work areas and clean and inspect assigned nursery and transplanting tools.
