LID Landscapes is hiring for the Landscape Construction Crew Member position in Boulder, CO. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Prepare sites and install assigned soil, plants, sod, mulch, edging, or landscape features to the approved plan. • Stage and handle plants, tools, and construction materials without damaging roots, finished work, or customer property. • Check layout, grade, drainage, irrigation, and finished detail with the crew lead throughout the project. • Install plants, grading, retaining walls, concrete, pavers, natural stone, mulch, rock, and irrigation. • Move soil and plants and operate mini skid steers, tampers, sod cutters, tillers, chainsaws, and cut-off saws as trained. • Participate in winter snow work to support year-round employment.
