Earth, Turf & Snow is hiring for the Landscape Crew Member position in Mystic, CT. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Complete assigned mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, bed care, and property cleanup to the employer's finish standard. • Inspect, use, clean, and secure assigned hand tools and powered landscape equipment safely. • Protect plants, irrigation, buildings, vehicles, customers, and coworkers while work is underway. • Complete the active landscape, turf, and seasonal work assigned to the Mystic crew. • Maintain detailed, organized work while following field directions. • Support winter snow tasks if assigned as part of the employer's seasonal service mix. How the work fits together Recurring landscape work is organized by route and property scope. The crew reviews priorities, prepares equipment, divides production and detail tasks, and checks the entire property before loading out. Team members must report plant stress, irrigation trouble, damage, unsafe conditions, or work outside the approved scope instead of concealing or guessing about it.
