Experienced Landscaper

Creative Green Landscaping is seeking experienced landscapers to join its Chandler team now. The company handles landscape maintenance and improvements including tree and shrub care, planting, lawns, irrigation, hardscape, and property cleanup. Full-time and part-time applicants are invited. What you will do • Complete assigned lawn, bed, tree, shrub, and general property-maintenance tasks to a professional finish. • Support planting, soil preparation, irrigation, cleanup, and landscape-improvement work as scheduled. • Use mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools, and other assigned landscape equipment safely. • Recognize and report irrigation leaks, damaged plants, hazards, or site conditions outside the work order. • Coordinate with the crew so material staging, active work, and cleanup occur efficiently and safely. • Treat customer property respectfully and leave beds, lawns, walks, and work zones orderly. How the work fits together Assignments may move between recurring maintenance and improvement projects. An experienced team member should review the day's scope, confirm unfamiliar details, choose the correct tool, and sequence work so existing plants and completed areas remain protected. The team checks its result before loading out and communicates outstanding plant, irrigation, material, or customer issues to the lead rather than leaving them undocumented.
