What you will do • Prepare sites and install assigned soil, plants, sod, mulch, edging, or landscape features to the approved plan. • Stage and handle plants, tools, and construction materials without damaging roots, finished work, or customer property. • Check layout, grade, drainage, irrigation, and finished detail with the crew lead throughout the project. • Lead installation of pavers, retaining walls, water features, grade, drainage, and related outdoor-living work. • Plan daily production, stage materials, assign tasks, and coach crew members to the company's quality and safety standards. • Read project requirements, check measurements and finish detail, and communicate progress or scope questions before work is concealed.
