Junior Landscape Project Manager

Takano Nakamura Landscaping is hiring for the Junior Landscape Project Manager position in Honolulu, HI. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Prepare sites and install assigned soil, plants, sod, mulch, edging, or landscape features to the approved plan. • Stage and handle plants, tools, and construction materials without damaging roots, finished work, or customer property. • Check layout, grade, drainage, irrigation, and finished detail with the crew lead throughout the project. • Coordinate jobs, schedules, and field crews under the direction of experienced project managers. • Learn to interpret landscape and irrigation drawings, specifications, contracts, budgets, and project strategy. • Prepare correspondence and material orders, update budgets, attend job-site meetings, and support field coordination.
