What you will do • Prepare sites and install assigned soil, plants, sod, mulch, edging, or landscape features to the approved plan. • Stage and handle plants, tools, and construction materials without damaging roots, finished work, or customer property. • Check layout, grade, drainage, irrigation, and finished detail with the crew lead throughout the project. • Construct residential outdoor spaces and complete assigned landscape installation and hardscape work. • Use equipment responsibly and observe all site safety guidelines. • Build skills toward future foreman or crew-lead responsibility. How the work fits together Installation work proceeds through layout, site preparation, underground or irrigation work, soil and grade, plant or material placement, finish detail, and cleanup.
