Scooter's Lawn Care is hiring for the Landscape Installation Team Member position in Cape Coral / Naples, FL. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Prepare sites and install assigned soil, plants, sod, mulch, edging, or landscape features to the approved plan. • Stage and handle plants, tools, and construction materials without damaging roots, finished work, or customer property. • Check layout, grade, drainage, irrigation, and finished detail with the crew lead throughout the project. • Assist with landscape installations, outdoor projects, design execution, material placement, and site preparation. • Follow project plans and the team lead's site instructions through each installation phase. • Maintain clean, organized work areas and collaborate with the lead and other crew members. How the work fits together Installation work proceeds through layout, site preparation, underground or irrigation work, soil and grade, plant or material placement, finish detail, and cleanup.
