Boulder Landscapes is hiring for the Landscape Laborer position in Longmont, CO. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Complete assigned mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, bed care, and property cleanup to the employer's finish standard. • Inspect, use, clean, and secure assigned hand tools and powered landscape equipment safely. • Protect plants, irrigation, buildings, vehicles, customers, and coworkers while work is underway. • Contribute to the outdoor landscape work matched to the applicant's current skill level. • Learn unfamiliar field tasks and equipment before working independently. • Maintain quality and reliable communication under either the agreed full- or part-time schedule. How the work fits together Recurring landscape work is organized by route and property scope. The crew reviews priorities, prepares equipment, divides production and detail tasks, and checks the entire property before loading out. Team members must report plant stress, irrigation trouble, damage, unsafe conditions, or work outside the approved scope instead of concealing or guessing about it.
