What you will do • Maintain lawns and planted areas according to the daily property schedule. • Support landscape work, top-dressing with compost, and placement of soil or other materials. • Use trained mowing, trimming, cleanup, and related landscape equipment safely. • Help stage tools and materials and maintain an orderly vehicle and work area. • Assist with related tree, exterior, or seasonal property work when assigned within demonstrated ability. • Communicate equipment, site, plant, or safety concerns promptly to the crew lead. How the work fits together The employee joins a local multi-service crew whose priorities change with weather and customer schedules. A day may center on recurring lawn maintenance, a compost or soil application, or supporting a new landscape.
