What you will do • Complete assigned mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, bed care, and property cleanup to the employer's finish standard. • Inspect, use, clean, and secure assigned hand tools and powered landscape equipment safely. • Protect plants, irrigation, buildings, vehicles, customers, and coworkers while work is underway. • Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, and planted areas through mowing, trimming, planting, and related property care. • Use mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other assigned tools and machinery safely. • Monitor plant condition, remove debris and hazards, and protect each property while work is underway. How the work fits together Recurring landscape work is organized by route and property scope. The crew reviews priorities, prepares equipment, divides production and detail tasks, and checks the entire property before loading out. Team members must report plant stress, irrigation trouble, damage, unsafe conditions, or work outside the approved scope instead of concealing or guessing about it.
