Ellis Landscape Services is hiring for the Landscape Team Member position in Fort Smith, AR. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Complete assigned mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, bed care, and property cleanup to the employer's finish standard. • Inspect, use, clean, and secure assigned hand tools and powered landscape equipment safely. • Protect plants, irrigation, buildings, vehicles, customers, and coworkers while work is underway. • Contribute to the Fort Smith field team in the landscape work matched to demonstrated experience. • Work carefully and consistently so completed properties reflect the small company's customer standard. • Communicate experience, valid-license status, availability, and start date accurately to the supervisor. How the work fits together Recurring landscape work is organized by route and property scope. The crew reviews priorities, prepares equipment, divides production and detail tasks, and checks the entire property before loading out. Team members must report plant stress, irrigation trouble, damage, unsafe conditions, or work outside the approved scope instead of concealing or guessing about it.
