What you will do • Complete assigned mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, bed care, and property cleanup to the employer's finish standard. • Inspect, use, clean, and secure assigned hand tools and powered landscape equipment safely. • Protect plants, irrigation, buildings, vehicles, customers, and coworkers while work is underway. • Inspect assigned lawns and complete trained turf, weed-control, shrub, tree-care, or aeration services along a local route. • Measure and apply products only within label, licensing, weather, and employer procedures. • Record property observations and explain follow-up needs clearly to customers and the service team. How the work fits together Recurring landscape work is organized by route and property scope. The crew reviews priorities, prepares equipment, divides production and detail tasks, and checks the entire property before loading out. Team members must report plant stress, irrigation trouble, damage, unsafe conditions, or work outside the approved scope instead of concealing or guessing about it.
