Augusta Horticulture is currently hiring a maintenance crew leader to oversee high-end landscape care in Birmingham. What you will do • Organize the day's maintenance route and assign work according to property needs and crew ability. • Lead pruning, bed care, weed management, seasonal color care, turf detail, and property cleanup. • Identify common plants and recognize visible stress, poor pruning, irrigation issues, or declining presentation. • Train crew members in careful plant handling, equipment use, work pace, and finished quality. • Inspect completed areas and correct missed or inconsistent work before leaving the property. • Communicate material, enhancement, client, staffing, and equipment needs to the office.
