DC Lawn & Landscape is accepting applications for hands-on personal-gardener and landscape crew work based from Fairhope. What you will do • Care for planted beds through weeding, pruning, seasonal cleanup, mulch, and other personal-gardener tasks. • Support turf and ornamental-plant health work according to the supervisor's directions. • Assist landscape installation with plants, soil, beds, sod, and site cleanup. • Observe irrigation performance and report leaks, damage, poor coverage, or stressed plants. • Use assigned hand tools and landscape equipment safely and keep vehicles and customer areas orderly. • Learn additional maintenance or installation skills as training and business needs allow. How the work fits together The role combines recurring garden care with broader landscape assignments. A team member may spend one day moving through detailed residential garden work and another supporting plant installation or irrigation. Careful observation connects these tasks: noticing plant vigor, soil moisture, weeds, pruning needs, and system problems helps the crew protect the client's landscape instead of simply completing a checklist.
