What you will do • Seed, transplant, cultivate, irrigate, harvest, wash, pack, and store crops according to the farm's plan and food-safety procedures. • Use and care for assigned hand tools, wash-pack equipment, carts, and field equipment within training. • Monitor crops and communicate pest, disease, water, weather, quality, or harvest-timing concerns promptly. • Plant, cultivate, weed, tend, and harvest diversified organic vegetables and flowers in no-till field blocks and high tunnels, carrying out the farm's recurring crop routines accurately and efficiently. • Follow organic and food-safety practices through harvest, order filling, and product handling, and help keep tools, growing areas, harvest containers, and farm infrastructure ready for daily use. • Support the staffed farmstand and U-pick operation by preparing produce, filling orders, explaining farm procedures to visitors, and helping manage the day's work as skills and trust develop.
