About this job

Three Creeks Produce is hiring additional farm crew members through late November 2026. Join a small organic vegetable farm in Groveport and help bring the late-season harvest to Columbus-area customers. Full-time availability is preferred; consistent 24- or 32-hour weeks may also be considered. What you will do • Harvest, wash, and pack vegetables for wholesale orders and CSA shares. • Seed and transplant crops; cultivate beds, maintain trellises, and assist with irrigation. • Use farm tools and equipment safely, maintain work areas, and complete production records. • Follow the farm's organic-production, food-safety, and quality standards. How the work fits together Two first-generation farmers founded Three Creeks to grow food while caring for the land and surrounding community. Their vegetables, herbs, and fruit reach restaurants, specialty grocers, and households participating in the Columbus Farm Club CSA. Crops include leafy greens, culinary herbs, peppers, eggplant, and tomatoes. The owners work alongside a main-season crew of five or six people, so field production and the preparation of finished orders are closely connected. Crew members contribute across the farm rather than being limited to one crop or a single packing task. The farm values a steady working pace, practical skill, and respectful collaboration. What the employer is looking for • Be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, and proficient in written and spoken English. • Bring two seasons or years of relevant professional experience; farming, horticulture, food handling, and comparable physical work are considered. • Safely lift 50-plus pounds repeatedly and sustain active, repetitive work in changing weather. Schedule, conditions, and compensation Starting pay is $16/hour. Typical shifts are weekdays, 7–3:30, moving later in autumn; weekend work is not mandatory. Benefits include produce and a qualifying season-completion bonus. Full-time benefits include paid leave and a gear stipend; confirm late-season eligibility during hiring. Housing, health insurance, and retirement plans are not provided. How to apply Email careers@threecreeksproduce.com with an introduction, relevant experience, and your interest in the role. A resume is appreciated but optional. Hiring includes an interview, farm tour, and references; a paid trial shift may be arranged.
