Morning Star Farms is hiring for the Farm Operations Team Member position in Greensburg, KS. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Seed, transplant, cultivate, irrigate, harvest, wash, pack, and store crops according to the farm's plan and food-safety procedures. • Use and care for assigned hand tools, wash-pack equipment, carts, and field equipment within training. • Monitor crops and communicate pest, disease, water, weather, quality, or harvest-timing concerns promptly. • Assist with irrigated corn, soybean, wheat, milo, and alfalfa production through assigned field preparation, planting, crop care, irrigation, forage, and harvest work. • Support cattle handling, equipment operation, vehicle and machinery maintenance, and the movement or storage of hay and forage within training and daily priorities. • Inspect fields, pivots, livestock areas, equipment, and vehicles during assigned work and communicate developing mechanical, water, crop, animal, or safety issues.
