Amaltheia Organic Dairy is hiring for the Field & Pack Crew Member position in Belgrade, MT. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. Schedule, conditions, and compensation Full-season work generally runs April through October, with a possible year-round path. Full-time employees work four or five days, usually Monday through Thursday and sometimes Friday; part-time employees cover two harvest-and-pack days plus one field day. The normal day is approximately 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and may exceed ten hours in August and September. Starting pay is $16 per hour or more depending on experience.
